About the Position

Temporary position of approximately 60 %, scheduled for Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with the possibility of increased hours. Immediate start. The temporary position is limited and initially extends until July 3, 2026.

About the Organization

Parent cooperative in Gamla Stan with two departments and a total of 28 children. Montessori-inspired activities based on Lpfö 18, focusing on safety, children's participation, and independence. Outdoor activities take place year-round in the local environment. The organization is characterized by close collaboration between the principal, work team, and guardians.

Job Responsibilities

Work in a child group together with preschool teachers and childcare workers. The position involves working in both younger and older children's departments. You will participate in planned activities and daily routines both indoors and outdoors.

Requirements

Good understanding of what working in a preschool entails.

Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is required for the job.

Flexibility and a solution-oriented approach. Responsible and good collaboration skills.

Meritorious

Previous experience in preschool and education as a childcare worker is meritorious but not a requirement for the position.
